This policy covers the Android app Aether Gem: Prism Odyssey (package com.aethergem.prismodyssey), published by Stratequo (Simon Roland Ioan) ("we").
Summary
- No account is needed. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or precise location.
- Your game progress is stored on your device.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob collects some device data to show and measure ads, as described below.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
Data the app stores on your device
Game progress, settings, coins and items, the state of the daily rewards, and a one-way hash of each purchase's order number (used to deliver every purchase exactly once). This data stays in the app's storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it, except for purchases of "Remove Ads", which Google Play restores.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show optional reward videos and ads between levels. Google may collect and process:
- device identifiers: the advertising ID and the app set ID;
- approximate location derived from the IP address;
- app interactions (app launches, taps, video views) and diagnostic data (launch time, hang rate, energy use).
Google uses this data to show ads, measure them, and prevent fraud and abuse. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent with Google's consent form before any personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & ad choices. On any Android device you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings (Google → Ads).

The app tells Google that it is not directed at children and limits ad content to the "Teen" rating.
Purchases (Google Play)
Optional in-app purchases (Astral Coins, bundles, Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. We receive only the order confirmation needed to deliver the purchase. We never receive your card or payment details. The in-game coins have no cash value.
No analytics of our own
The app sends no analytics, tracking or usage data to us. We do not sell personal data.
Cloud save
Cloud save is not available in released versions. If a future version adds it, it will be optional, and this policy will be updated before release.
Permissions
- Internet and network state: needed to load ads and to talk to Google Play.
- Advertising ID (
AD_ID) and Android ad services (attribution, topics, ad ID): declared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. - Billing: lets Google Play process in-app purchases.
- Wake lock and foreground service: declared by Google's libraries to finish short background tasks reliably; the game does not run in the background.
- Vibration: optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent. We hold no personal data about you on our side. For data processed by Google, use the controls described above or Google's privacy tools. For any question, contact us.
Changes
We will update this policy before releasing a version that changes how data is handled.
