We describe our services and projects as accurately as we can. Content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Any indicative price ranges shown in the quote wizard are non-binding estimates.
3. Quote requests and proposals
A quote request does not create any obligation for you or for us. A contract is only formed when both parties accept a written proposal or sign a separate agreement, which then takes precedence over these terms.
4. Client account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam or attempts to compromise the service. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, texts, graphics and code are protected by copyright. Showcased projects belong to their respective owners and are presented with permission or as our own work. Hosted demos and games are provided for evaluation only.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the website available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
