Questions
How are workspaces isolated?
Every customer record carries its workspace ID and is protected by PostgreSQL row-level security in addition to server-side permission checks. Automated tests try to read and modify other workspaces on every build.
Who counts as a billable seat?
Owners, administrators, project managers and members. Guests (external clients) are not billed.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Issues and time reports export to CSV, every user can download their personal data, and the REST API (documented with OpenAPI) gives programmatic access.
Does the AI read my data?
Only when someone in your workspace explicitly asks for a suggestion on an issue they can already see, and only if your administrator has enabled an AI provider. It never writes changes on its own.
