Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Life: Infinite ("the game"), published by Stratequo ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

Life: Infinite is a fictional life simulation. Every character, company, brand, vehicle, event and outcome in it is imaginary. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Nothing in the game is financial, legal, medical or career advice. In-game stocks, loans, casinos and lotteries use only fictional in-game money. Crime, illness and other sensitive topics are shown in an abstract way for storytelling only.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and supervise purchases.

3. Your account

You can play as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Do not share your account and do not access someone else's account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, for cheating that affects the store, or for abuse of the service.

4. Life Tokens, fragments and virtual items

• Life Tokens, token fragments, in-game money, cosmetic styles and other virtual items give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value.
• They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold or transferred to other players, except where the law requires it.
• You can earn fragments for free, for example from rewarded ads, the daily bonus, achievements and one-time rewards. Ten fragments make one Life Token. Free rewards can be limited per day.
• We may change the prices and effects of virtual items, but we will not remove items you have already paid for without replacing them or refunding you, except where these terms are breached.

5. Features with random outcomes

Some optional features paid with Life Tokens have a random outcome, for example swapping an event for a different one, retrying a decision, a career audition that improves your chances, or a lucky boost. The game tells you what you are paying for before you confirm. There are no loot boxes, and you can never wager real money or Life Tokens or win anything with real-world value.

6. VIP

• VIP Monthly and VIP Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm.
• A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. After you cancel, VIP stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• VIP for life is a one-time purchase that keeps VIP for as long as the game is offered.
• VIP gives comfort, convenience and cosmetic benefits, such as no ads at natural breaks, Golden Years (skipping 5 or 10 years in one tap), exact odds, extra save slots, monthly Life Tokens and exclusive styles. Careers, homes, vehicles and businesses can be earned by every player without paying.

7. Starter Pack

The Starter Pack is a one-time, non-consumable purchase offered to new players. It removes ads at natural breaks permanently, adds Life Tokens once and unlocks extra save slots. It can be restored on the same Google account with "Restore purchases". The offer may be shown for a limited time.

8. Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. If a purchase is not delivered, use "Restore purchases" in the Store or contact [email protected]. If a payment cannot be verified, Google Play may refund it automatically. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. This includes any right of withdrawal from digital-content contracts that applies where you live. When you buy digital content, you ask for it to be delivered immediately. Where the law allows, you acknowledge that this means you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

9. Advertising

The free version contains ads, including optional rewarded ads. Rewards and 24-hour cosmetic trials are granted only after an ad has been completed and may be limited per day. Using tools to fake ad views or to get rewards automatically is not allowed.

10. Fair play

Do not:

• modify, decompile or tamper with the game, its saves, its clock or its store
• exploit bugs to obtain virtual items
• use the game for anything illegal

We may reset virtual items obtained this way.

11. User content

Names you give to characters and anything you choose to share through your device's share feature are your responsibility. Do not use offensive or unlawful names. Sharing happens through the apps you choose, under their terms.

12. Availability, updates and changes

We work to keep the game running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, rebalance, change or discontinue features, including through settings downloaded from our server, and we will try to give reasonable notice of major changes. Cloud features need an internet connection. The core game works offline.

13. Intellectual property

The game, its content, code, artwork, music and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are listed in Settings → About → Open-source licences.

14. Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress caused by device failure, uninstalling without an account, or events outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Termination

You can stop using the game and delete your data at any time from Settings → Profile, or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

17. Translations

These terms are available in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

18. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Stratequo is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
